How to use
- As the customer purchasing the gift card please enter your own details and email at checkout. You can then forward the gift card on to the recipient via email.
- You will be sent an order confirmation followed by the gift card - please note that this can take a few minutes.
- If you do not receive an email with your gift card, please check your junk folder before contacting us.
- To redeem a gift card online simply enter your unique code at checkout and click apply.
- To redeem a gift card in store simply present your unique code to one of our staff at checkout.
- If your order amount exceeds the balance of the gift card, you will be required to pay the difference. This includes shipping if you are purchasing online.
- If your order amount is less than the balance of the gift card, the remaining balance can be redeemed at any time before the expiry date.
- To check the balance of your gift card, refer to the original email with your unique code and click ‘View gift card balance’ or alternatively you can contact us.
- If you lose your gift card or cannot find the original email with your unique code, please contact us.
Terms & Conditions
- Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned, unless otherwise required by law.
- Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards expire after 12 months.
- Gift cards are only redeemable at the following outlets: Plume Dunedin, Plume Christchurch and www.nomdstore.com.
- GST will not apply to the sale of a gift cards.
