• NOM*d sizes are based on standard New Zealand sizing. For information on sizing, please see our SIZE GUIDE. Sizing may vary between styles.
• Care is always taken to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and product prices appearing on our website are correct at the time of website entry. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly described, including product pricing.
• We work hard to keep nomdstore.com stock levels accurate. Should you purchase an item that is not physically available, we will contact you within 24 hours during weekdays. If we are unable to provide you with an appropriate replacement, we will refund your order via the method through which the original order was placed.
• We are unable to provide cash refunds.
• Please note that items in your ‘shopping cart’ are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products that appear on nomdstore.com. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

FRAUD
If we suspect that your purchase may be fraudulent, nomdstore.com reserves the right to hold or cancel your order. In such cases, we may try to contact you using the email address provided at the time of purchase, depending on the perceived level of fraud risk. Depending on your payment method, we may request proof of identity before processing your order. Please be assured that your personal information remains confidential in accordance with our privacy policy and is used solely for transaction validation. If the information provided does not meet our identification standards, your order will be cancelled and refunded via the method through which the original order was placed.
 
SALE PURCHASES

• All purchases of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
• NOM*d’s PLUME retail stores in New Zealand may occasionally run local promotions where pricing in-store may vary to pricing on nomdstore.com. Should such a promotion occur, nomdstore.com is under no obligation to match these prices.

 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Nomdstore.com offers returns or exchanges for most items purchased at full retail price. Please refer directly to our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES page for exclusions and further details.
