All orders shipped out of New Zealand may be subject to duties, clearance fees, or local taxes. Nomdstore.com does not cover these additional charges, and we are not responsible for any fees incurred. For further information on charges you may incur please contact your local Customs Services.

If taxes and duties are not settled within the designated timeframe, the items will be returned to nomdstore.com at the buyers expense.

DELIVERY TIMING
Orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm NZST). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 hours.

STOCK AVAILABILITY AND SPECIAL ORDERS
If an item is purchased that is not available at time of dispatch for any reason, we will contact you within 48 hours and let you know. If we are unable to offer a replacement item, we will issue a refund via the method through which the original order was placed. All orders are subject to availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not on hold and are able to be purchased by other customers.
