If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from nomdstore.com, please contact web@nomd.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and a Returns & Exchanges Form.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge a $10.00 processing fee on any returns. This will be subtracted from any refund, credit note, or factored into an exchange.
