All orders shipped out of New Zealand may be subject to duties, clearance fees, or local taxes. Nomdstore.com does not cover these additional charges, and we are not responsible for any fees incurred. For further information on charges you may incur please contact your local Customs Services.
If taxes and duties are not settled within the designated timeframe, the items will be returned to nomdstore.com at the buyers expense.
Returns and Exchanges
Heads Up — Our Return Policy Has Changed
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from nomdstore.com please CONTACT US within 48 hours of receiving the item/s to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and a Returns and Exchanges Form.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There are no returns or exchanges on SALE goods unless the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly.
- We reserve the right to charge a $10.00 processing fee on any returns. This will be subtracted from any refund, credit note or factored into any exchange.Â
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will also be deducted from any refund.
- Returns will not be accepted without a RAN and returns and exchanges form.
- For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on beauty products, fragrances, socks, masks and pierced earrings.
- Jewellery is non-refundable.
- Any differences from the condition the goods were sent out in will void any refund or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges can only be made through nomdstore.com and not at any NOM*d stockists or Plume stores.
- Our returns and exchanges policy only applies to item/s purchased from nomdstore.com. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists, you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their own policy. This includes instore Plume purchases.
